The Foam Team is a group of contractors who share or are motivated by at least one common issue or interest to achieve a common objective. The Foam Team which may also be known as a "collective contractor" is a group of professional Insulators who work together in and across the United States in the Spray Foam Business. The Foam Team shares and exercise good work habits in the Spray Foam Industry and make decisions on good common sense.
As a group of professional contractors we have all comes together to share similar values. Each sprayer is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company, and, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, is not entitled to any of the benefits normally provided to the employees of the Company.
